Why the CAMON LS14?
We have taken everything we have learned from manufacturing and selling the LS42 Lawn Scarifier over the past 19 years and refined it to ensure that the LS14 Scarifier meets our goal of being a lightweight, narrow, user friendly, and cost effective machine, that still pulls out all the thatch from your lawn that you would expect.
The LS14 has had a number of improvements for 2021, namely an angled back flap, improved height adjustment, and a redesigned chassis. So if you have a large lawn or are a landscaper that would like to offer scarifying as service then this machine is certainly worth looking at.

An optional 35L collection bag is available if required.
This is our most popular all round rotor and it offers outstanding results. Fitted with 30 independently sprung free-swinging blades which are a "waisted" or "fish-tail" shape. The fine blade spacing and the staggered layout ensures that this cartridge will remove significant amounts of moss and thatch.
The Fixed Blade, or lawn slitter, cartridge allows you to remove sub surface thatch up to 10mm into the ground depending on conditions. Each blade is 2mm thick and is fixed in position to penetrate the ground. This cartridge can also used prior to overseeding or topdressing.
The Spring Rake is the least aggressive of the scarifier cartridges, and offers the ability for all year round scarification. It is fitted with 30 durable springs, and is excellent at "cleaning" out moss and thatch without disrupting soil or healthy grass. It is ideal for "manicuring" lawns.
Why scarify my lawn?
Scarifying is best carried out in the Autumn and Spring months when the ground is not too soft and when the weather will not be too dry. This prevents grass being damaged and allows it to recover as quickly as possible.
