You have up to 14 days from when your goods have been delivered to express your wish to return any part of your order, and another 14 days after you advise of your intent to then make the return.

How to make a return
Please email office@romwy.co.uk and quote your order number, along with the items you wish to return and why.

The cost of the return is your responsibility, as are the goods until they reach us. We strongly recommend you use an insured service so that you are covered for any damages or goods that go missing. We can arrange the collection of machinery using our courier at a cost of £120 (UK mainland only) if required.

Important information
Goods must be in the same brand new condition and packaging they were received. A minimum of 25% of the item(s) value will be deducted from the refund total if there are any signs that the item is not in brand new condition or the original packaging. This is our discretion, and you will be contacted about any such deductions. We do not refund postage costs. In the event of a refused/cancelled delivery by yourself or an undelivered parcel with no fault of the courier you will be charged.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 working days of receipt to the original payment method; you will be notified by email when this has been done.
